The UK Resuscitation Council emphasises the following points about staff teamwork:
"Each practice should plan for the need to attempt resuscitation. Staff should have an understanding of what role they would be expected to take in those circumstances."

Our courses are designed to train both clinicians and non-clinicians in varying roles during a cardiac arrest emergency, with each member of staff swapping their responsibilities at least once during the exercise.
